i like the idea.
what exactly are catskill flies? sorry, I'm a westerner.
Nevermind. Google has shown me the way....
And, yes, that would give me a reason to finally tie something using quill for a wing!
Sounds good to me. John
It will give me a chance to do some research and possibly tie a new pattern. I'm always up for a new pattern to tie. :D
You learn something new everyday...I did not know the Adams was part of the Catskill family. This is why I wanted to join this swap, to learn and tie some new patterns.
Bob
Sounds like a plan! I'll tie the Light Cahill.
Chuck
Ok with me dan
I will do my best to try and tie up a batch of the Catskill, the flie of the week. John
I'm in one this one for sure. Catskill's special roots of tying. will try to do justice to the Light Hendrickson size 14.
Put me down for a grey fox. Dan
Put me down for a Dark Cahill Fanwing. I've never tied the fanwing before so it will be a learning experience for me too.
I'm in with a No. 12 Leadwing Coachman
If you are accepting our requests for March I would like to sign up for an Adams. I need the practice and it is a good excuse for me to stock my fly box.
Thanks.
Bob
is there and room left in the swap if so i would like in and do a light cahill.
this would be my first swap
thanks robin
Red Diamond,
This is part of a monthly series of swaps, and everyone who signs up is expected to complete the entire year of swaps. However, if you are interested in joining, I can put you down as the first alternate if we have a drop out since we're full right now. That will probably change before the year is over.
Guys, our group has changed.
