Steve,
I would like to welcome you to the BB!
Doug :D
You bet you're WELCOME here, Steve!
We have members from Australia, Canada, New Zealand, South Africa and even OHIO!
Join in and enjoy yourself!
Welcome to the board. I hope you will post some of the flies you use.
Donald Nickerson from your side of the pond does and it is interesting to see the differences.

Yes, welcome indeed, from the country of OHIO.
Welcome to the best FF site on the net. Join us in the chat room some evening and get to know us better.
Welcome aboard Steve. You'll enjoy it here! :D
Yep, I got my "Green Card" for Ohio, I'm a long term visitor with plans to return to Pennsylvania once I complete by endenturement. The boards tolerant of all types. You'll find several members from the UK. Welcome aboard and glad to have you.
Hello Allthegearnoidea -
Welcome from Idaho. Not to be confused with Iowa, which is not uncommon once you get east of the Rocky Mountains, but never confused with Ohio.
Looking forward to whatever you care to share with us - hopefully some photos of your local waters, flies and fish, and comments about gear and techniques in your country.
Does your website have members in the U.S. ?? If you have any members from Southeast Idaho, let me know. Might be able to help them get some time on the water.
John
Steve,
Welcome to the board. Glad to see you here. Don't forget, we are your distant cousins.:D
Howdy Steve ! Welcome !! Very glad to have ya. Flyfishermen all here, love to get to know a fellow fisher from far away. ..........ModocDan
Welcome to the addiction Steve, and the more from across the big waters, the better!!
You'll have to watch out for a few pirates and assorted bad boys:mrgreen::roll::lol:,
but you will find even they aren't so bad.
Welcome from the wilds of Wyoming, the last, true, cowboy state!
Welcome Steve. Yes we have several members from the UK. Even several Steves for that matter.
I'm from British Columbia Canada and was a teensy bit nervous when I first joined. Wondering if the Yanks would welcome a member of the British Commonwealth into their group. Not to worry, as soon as they determined that BC wasn't actually a suburb of Ohio I was welcomed with open arms. Ohio isn't really so bad unless you run afoul of its dreaded dictator the "Terrible Tuber" .
Steve,
Your a welcome addition here. This is a global fly fishing fraternity. As mentioned before, we have members from all over the world. The welcome here is just as sincere as the warm greetings I recieved when I joined the UK Fly Dressing web site.
Looking forward to hearing about fishing in your part of the world.

Welcome aboard from the left coast!
Hello allthegearnoidea,
A warm welcome from central KY, and really pleased to have you on board.
I?ll be looking forward to getting a Fly Fishing perspective from your side of the "Big Wash."
Steve,
Welcome aboard. My wife and I are members of the UK Fly Dressing board and recieved a warm welcome there. I'm sure you'll find the same here.
We're looking forward to your comments and contributions.

Me Mum ran away from there when she was 5, and for some reason landed a few miles from where John Scott lives. I've still got cousins runnin' 'round Blackwood somewhere. I'm glad she made the effort, which was no small thing in 1910. I'm sure it's much easier to find a place to fish here, than it is there.;) Come on over, and we'll show you some country!
would love to lew maybe next year
Hi allthegearnoidea,
Posted on you website on Introduce Yourself. Looks like we may have some common interests.
Godspeed,
Bob Bolton
hi Steve, welcome from north o the border.
thanks for the welcome look forward to chatting to some of you
in the chat room tonight
Welcome althegearnoidea(steve) That moniker sounds like the one I should have used when I found this site. Well, I had an idea, but nothing constructive. The good people on this site have set me on the convoluted trail of learning all about fly fishing(a never-ending quest).
Hope to swap info and tales with you here and possibly on your site. I'm a one-legged fly fisherman who really loves the sport. I've improved my mobility lately by taking up kayaking, but as yet only tackle small water close to home.
See you on the chat tonite..God willing.:)
