Where's John Scott?

Haven't had a fshin' report since June 10 - did I miss someting?

If im not mistaken, he and his wife are on vacation.

... and a bunch of hiking / exploration reports over the past two and a half years, it was time to leave the camera at home and end the day putting away gear, not sitting at the keyboard.

Doing the reports and carrying on the conversatons with the folks that joined in was a very satisfying and rewarding experience. But it had to come to an end at some point, and it has.

Hi John, very sad to hear no more reports or pics from your fishing adventures. I have enjoyed your reports over the past few years and often when things are just not going well and I cant get to the water I have at least been able to tag along with you on your trips, so thank you very much for all the reports and the pics and the fly recipes.

I sorely regret not having better timing while in Montana. It would have been a highlight of the trip to fish with you.
