Deer, Antelope, Elk, Sometimes Moose, oh yea and fish:p. There is a three forks three piece rod under the back seat of the truck, reel and flies in a fish bag there also just in case the hunting isn't going so well.
Also do some coyote and rabbit, especially jackrabbit as I use their fur for tying and they are listed as predators here.
In their more plentiful years, about every 5 years, they can destroy a haystack in real short order.
Gave up deer hunting long ago...but "bird" hunted for years till my Brittanys got old and passed away.
Archery and rifle for deer, and love small game hunting.
I hunt deer, pheasants, quail, a few squirrels and rabbits, and of course turkeys in the spring time. Almost all of this is either on my farm or with in a few miles of it. I have been bear hunting and harvested 2 bears with a muzzle loader and have been elk hunting once with a lot of delicious elk meat to show for it. I use some of the deer hide and kept a little of the elk for flies along with feathers and tails and fur from all the rest. I use many of the turkey feathers to make my own cedar arrows. I carry at least 2 fly rods with me all spring and summer and fish most lunch hours in near by ponds for bass, bluegills, crappies, and catfish with all those flies that I tie from all that other stuff. All in all it is a pretty good system, I think:lol:.
I forgot to add
Sully get yourself out and get another Britt whether you want to hunt birds again or not. They just make life sooooo much more bearable!!;)
Lifelong hunter. Primarily archery & alot of turkey hunting.
Sully, you need a puppy!!!!
Hunt for anything that walks, flies or crawls on its belly. Fish for anything that pulls back.
Hunt elk, deer, bear, grouse, quail, pheasant. When I am deer and elk hunting the east side of the state I always carry a few flies and a spool of leader material. There are some small creeks up where I hunt and sometimes I will cut me a willow stick about 8 feet long and tie a piece of line to it and add a fly and go to fishing.
Rocky
bow for deer and turkeys, 22-50 for the yodel dogs. not much bird hunting just because I am too lazy.

bow-hunt for turkey & deer-black-powder hunt for deer-duck hunt on occassion & love fly-fishing??
Bow and rifle hunt for deer. Bird hunt, squirrel hunt, rabbit hunt, turkey hunt.
I deer and predator hunt here in west central Missouri. I will use the fur for fly tying but I don't think I can tie that many flies in a year, I'm old and slow( no comments, Please). I'm wishing for spring to come soon, Shack Nasties are getting bad. Take care, John.
I can't hardly drag my own carcass into the woods any more, let alone drag another carcass out. I gave up deer/elk hunting years ago. I've hunted with rifle, bow and muzzleloader. My favorite form of hunting was with the longbow. Now I hunt trout. :)
I get to spend many weeks every year hunting. I will be taking some friends Kodiak brown bear hunting in April for a couple weeks and they will have at least 4 tags.
My son and I will likely get at least a week for brown bear hunting and two weeks for black bears. Over the last year my son (now 16) was there for 6 bear kills and he shot a moose. We will hope for moose, sheep, caribou, mountain goat, brown bear, and bison permits next month... We will also hunt Sitka blacktail deer, snowshoe hares, ptarmigan, grouse, coyotes, and all sorts of other stuff in the coming year.

I've hunted longer than I've fly fished....but not by much. 52 years now for hunting and still at it. Mostly with flintlock muzzleloaders and a longbow or recurve these days.....never will own one of them thar in-lines or cam actuated arrow launching devices. Still like to get out one of my BPC double rifles or Shiloh Sharps during regular deer season. I'll hunt whatever suits my fancy or I'm willing to travel for but mostly deer and squirrels here on our place.

My favorite muzzle loader was a 44"-54 caliber, full stock Kentucky Longrifle flintlock that I won in a drawing. It had a curly maple stock and was finished with a cherry/coffee colored stain. My favorite longbow was a 60 pounder handcrafted by Keith Anyan out of Spokane Washington. I had a 100 pound Howard Hill bamboo longbow but that was too much bow for me. I miss those days. They were fun. Thank the Lord I have fly fishing.
Mainly hunt for pheasants and things I can tie flys with and throw the meat away..... Just kidding. Cast and blast for ruffies and flyfish fish BWO in September on my home river. The 4 weight fits in the game pouch of my filson. I think it is more special tying flies with materials you collected yourself. I hope I get drawn for turkey soon I need some turkey quills. Do any of you use ruffed grouse tail feathers for wing casings?
I kept the last two grouse carcasses I killed from when we lived in Wyoming. I dig thru them occasionally looking for something to use. Turkeys we have in abundance here in the Missouri Ozarks. Have about 20 coming in to my feeders every day. I keep some deer from various places on the hide. Elk I get from a friend and I even kept some Antelope hide but have yet to find a use for it, very brittle. We have two, Miniature American Eskimo dogs and I keep some of the brushings for Shenks streamers and dye it once in a while for dubbing. I scrounge a lot of tying material!

As I recall we used the antelope for tailing, the white hair is hollow....I have a mental image of a miniature dachshund attacking the rear of an antelope laying on the porch that white hair did something to him and he would make a run at it, pull a mouthful of hair out and run back. Then repeat the whole thing. No video camera in those days, would have been a winner.
i stopped hunting cold when one day i was drawing down on a doe mule deer and heard myself say "Ha, I'm gonna kill you!". so i lowered my rifle, went home never to hunt again. then i discovered that fishing in the fall when everyone else was hunting left many places much less crowded.
Hey all,
I haven't hunted anything (except fish) for about 25 years now. But for all you hunters, Gates Lodge have a great "Cast & Blast" special in the fall.
Flyfishing on the Au Sable, and partridge/woodcock hunting on National Forrest land. Not a bad price either.
(Gates is a sponsor here, btw)

Coyote hunt and bowhunt with a longbow
Anything that is in season and I feel like hunting. Same with my neighbors. I will say that since the Game Commission decided to kill all of the doe whitetails in Pa I no longer hunt doe whitetails. That's another story though.
