do you want it portable or just one for the bench? I have info on both. Drop me an e-mail.
Al:
I'm currently looking into building a bench as well. If you wouldn't mind, please send me the plans at gkorzi@yahoo.com
Thanks
Hey Al,
I'm working up a design for a roomy tying
desk and thinking about incorporating a
portable bench into it that I can pick up and
carry to another room or out to the picnic
table. If you have plans to share I'd love
to see them. I'm new to tying and they might
save me some mistakes or prevent my overlooking desireable features. Thanks!

Al, thank you. I noticed the member profile feature on the board is not listing e-mails. So, I've sent an e-mail to the address listed at the end of the fly tying sections you wrote, assuming that one is current.
Thanks again,
Ed

Al, how about an article? We'd all be interested in seeing your ideas for a bench.
Al
An article would be great for sure! Everything you've turned out has been great. I would love to build a bench to keep in my room.

I build a tying table and a desktop tying table. As an example go to [url=http://www.flytyingfurniture.com:5db3b]www.flytyingfurniture.com[/url:5db3b] A piece of 3 /4 plywood 24 x 48 with 1 1/2 trim around the edge so that it looks like it`s 1 1/2 thick. Four 2 x 2 legs with casters. Theirs in oak $375. My cost $30
Next go to orvis.com and type in the search box JA28G7 $350 for a small table. I have the tools to build the base but you can purchase a 14 x 20 bread cutting board for $9, two boards on the side for bottles, and two large dia. dowels to raise the back tool board. I sell these at ffishing shows for $50 and cant make enough of them. Guess I`ll have t raise my price.

Al,
I'm in favor of an article, maybe with some in put from the devoted fans (like me) with what they would like to have on their dream bench. I can hear the wheels turning and smell the smoke already.
