Those who are tying flies for this swap shouldn't have to come out one short because of greyfox pulling out at the last minute. Dianes swaps are always something to look forward to. If it's OK, I can fill greyfoxes place in the swap so everyone will have the right number of flies. What say you all?

Diane Maluso's email address for those in this fly swap, is....
maluso@twcny.rr.com
You should contact her, let her know, whether you are still in the swap or dropping out.

Betty,
It's OK with me if it's OK with the rest to have you as a late substitution. Maybe drop an e-mail to Diane and let her know that you can fill the 12th spot. Be warned though - I really do stink at tying dries. Hopefully the fish won't be too discriminating

Mike,
That's too kind of you ... LOL ... you haven't seen any of my flies yet, have you!?!
It's been cleared for me to tie, but don't be too disappointed!!

May Flies (Dry) are easy to tie, most of them are the same constructions techniques, and the only difference is the color of the materials used.
I wrote a "Tying Tip" that explains the process in easy to understand steps...

I think people are over reacting and getting a little carried away with this locking out images and url address inserts.

Just a reminder ... flies need to be to Diane by January 1 !!

"Diane is no longer able to post on FAOL. She asked me to post the following:
Time's up for the swap, folks. If you get your flies in the mail tomorrow morning, they might make it to Ithaca before Diane does (she's visiting family in Florida). Anyone needing to contact her should email maluso at twcny.rr.com"

:D Flies arrived today...I see there are other "Sandbaggers" out there. These are Great Looking Flies.

Flies arrived today, its obvious that you all fish. The quiality of the flies does not reflect the title of this swap.
