MikeyTwoShoes' and Dry Fly Guy's flies have arrived. Haven't seen yours yet, Donald.
So, as of now, we have Mikey's, DFG's, mine, DavPots', StevenOjai's, Ron Eagle Elk's, Dennis Doremus', and Wet Flu Guy's.
I have to work tomorrow (Saturday), but if I have time on Sunday I will start photgraphing.

Still waiting for flies from:
Anadramous Phishchaser
Donald Nicholson (Donald?s flies are in the international mail somewhere)
SheTies
Smalleye
Folks, can you give me an update? I?d like to let everyone know when we expect the swap will be complete.
Thanks,
Stu

Looking for some feedback from people in the swap.
I have had zero response from Smalleye, SheTies, and Anadramous Phishchaser. How about this: when Donald's flies arrive (plus any others that show up between now and then), we call the swap closed. If your flies have not shown up, you're out of luck.
This is the last swap I will host on FAOL. I enjoy hosting swaps, but I'm tired of people who don't follow through.

Stu,
The plan sounds good to me. As to your last statement, when was the last time you saw me host a swap here? Same reason.
I did pick up that TFO 6 wgt spey for summer runs and SRC's. Lined it with an Airflo Delta 6/7 line. That is a nice casting rod. I like it better than the Redington 8/9.

Sounds reasonable to me. Sorry that you go to trouble to run a great swap for the benefit of many of us and a few cannot cooperate. Please put the extra flies from those I sent you in your fly box. When the steelies are a bit aggressive they work well.

Hi Stu:
Sorry for the lack of response. I think you are giving it the right slant: Fly swappers cooperate, or down the poopy shoot. People generally respond really well with a club over their head! Very sorry to hear this Stu
Dont give up! Use a club!

Stu,
It is a shame there are some who don't follow through on their commitments. I enjoy tying and swapping flies but am more and more hesitant on participating in swaps for this very reason. I agree with your plan.

Donald?s flies were in today?s post. Unfortunately, I am about to head out on a business trip and will not have time to wrap up my swapmeisterly duties until the end of the month.
Thanks to all who got their flies in.

That is a relief, I thought that they had disappeared into another dimension and were now being used on the planet zZnaxEr.
When my brother lived in California 20 yrs ago it didn't take that long to send a small parcel. Well such are modern times, it probably went very slowly through several security checks.
Any surplus flies, please dispose at your discretion Stu.
