The fluoro I use is also a board sponsor that nobody has mentioned yet..... Frog Hair. Even though I respect the opinions of both JC and Dr. Fish, I see no reason to change. I'm going to keep using what has been working for me.
I use FH tippit for my dry fly work. Nice and stretchy. :D
While Seaguar Grand Max is my choice for my tippet I do often use at least a section or two of Frog Hair toward the other end of my leader. This is especially so when using lighter tippets for bigger fish. The Frog Hair offers some great shock absorption, protecting those lighter lines.Quote:
