Thanks sjo! As always, I look forward to seeing your ties!
Here's an update: Sorry so late - spent a few UNPLANNED days in the hospital this past week.
1) I have sent 3 PM's to scubatim in the past 3 weeks. He sent a message after my first PM that he was planning on remailing his RED flies on 3/1. Unfortunately I have yet to receive them I have had no response as of yet to my next 2 PM's. I am holding his set of flys for now and will be happy to return the one's you tied for him if you request on this thread or by PM, just let me know. I will let you know if he remains active in the swap - also - if you have heard of/from him please let me know.
2) I have updated the first page listing of those I have recieved flies from - check to verify that yours have been received. The person handling my mail opened and "filed" your packages. It looks like I got 3 packages but do not from whom or on what day. The first thread listing IS up to date and YES all the flies look great!!
3) RED flies were mailed today. Below are the pictures of what is coming to you. ORANGE flies will be out within the next week - I want to get pictures first. This should put us back on schedule.

Dan - got both packages - all the flies look great as ever!
Waiting for 1 more YELLOW fly to come in and I will get the pictures posted and mail out as soon as I receive them.
I will be going in for surgery (FINALLY!) in about 2-3 weeks. It will be bye-bye gall bladder and should only be a 1 day proceedure. If is is longer I do have a good friend who will maintain the swap if I'm laid up to minimize any affects on you. Thanks again for your patience, messages and prayers - they are all GREATLY appreciated!
Hi Kim,
I answer here because your private mailbox is over the max. It is just as handy this way, you do not have to report back to the colleague-swappers!
I sent my contribution off yellows out more then two weeks ago, so they should have reached you in time! What shall I do? I can rety and resend the yellow bunch in two days, and then it will take them between six and ten days to reach you. Please let me know what to do.
I hope all will go well in and after surgery, hope you feel better afterwards, my thoughts and prayers are with you!
Sjo
Nothing made it here yet - I'm assuming you sent them in your normal padded white envelopes. Please do resend - yours normally have taken 6-8 days for me to receive. This is the second batch not to arrive on this swap - never had any misses before this!?! I hope this is the last mail problem we have! I have enuf grey hair already!!
Flygal - got your great looking (GREEN) Crazy Dads!
Okay, will do.
I'll let you know when they are out!
Sjo
Thanks sjo -I am sorry you were the tier who "won" the mail lottery this time!
FYI to all - I went in and cleared my mailbox - sorry I wasn't up on my housecleaning! (Guess I'll go wash the dishes now! :))
New bunch of yellows are done (Grouse & Yellow thorax), will hit the post office tomorrow. My greens are done too, (Sparrow & Green thorax) and they will join the yellows on their way over to you guys! Hope the delay will not be too long!
Sj:p
No worries sjo.....we ain't goin anywhere, and this is a 6 month swap :) ModocDan
Thanks sjo! I will keep a sharp eye for them. Again I'm sorry you had to retie the flies - I will keep an eye out for your first mailing -just in case they took a scenic route to me in central NY!
Thanks Dan! If it takes tOo long, my second bunch of yellows could be sent out with the greenies, indeed.
Sjo
My record is 32 days, for a swap coming back to me from the States.
Sjo
Sjo - got some YELLOW soft hackles in the mail - the package included a couple foam bodied flies in an O/zone mints container. I believe these represent your resend. YEP! Got your resent YELLOWS and GREENS today! I see no rhyme nor reason for the delay (or the resend) getting here so fast! Thanks for all the trouble you went through. I did PM you today as well.

Takin 'em out to the bass pond in a couple days...Thanks ! .......Modoc Dan
