They will only work if fished wet. As a dry fly they are not good. I'm thinking crappie, bream, bass, maybe carp will go for those.

I'd throw a bead on some of those leeches, and tie some of the Dolls with some PINK! Think electric chicken.... ;) they look great!
Joe they sure will! Crappies feeding along the surface will also take wet/emerger flies. If you are going for crappie there is a fly that Al Campbell tied that is a must have in the fly box:

Vary the color on the crappie candy so you have some light, some medium and dark shades. I also vary the sizes from 8-14. This fly is deadly to anything that swims and eats minnows! It is a go to fly that occupies a top position in my fly box. I tied some with blood red marabou that the fish just crush.
Eric,
Thanks. I've got a bunch already, but I should tie some more.
Yep. White and wiggly always does the trick for me when fishing for crappie
Um.......Steve We don't normally fish any lakes or streams at the CWFI that have Crappie. Unless you mean the giggle fish at Stan Coffin which would gulp down those flies of Joe's by the ton.
The nearest good Crappie lake I can think of would be Moses Lake. Plus I have caught lots of Crappie in the potholes reservoir just south of town. Of course that was the olden days before fly fishing when I used live wasp maggots for bait.

They look good!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I have to 2nd Nighthawk suggestion. The crappie candy fly is probably one of the most productive crappie flies I've used and it will bring in the smallies too. It's a easy tie and very productive. Never heard of this Baby Doll pattern before but may have to give it a try.
Mike
I'd throw your white ones on first. They all look good.
Introduced to me by Ian James, over ten years ago...This is my #1 go to fly for Crappie as well as some other warm water species...
The Puke Fly
Ian Says:
"Created by Willie McLennan, age 4, in 1993, this is a great fly for bass, carp, drum and redhorse. He noticed when hooked smallies regurgitated food, other fish would scoop it up. His first fly was made from white marabou, but we changed it to rabbit fur for durability. A lot of folk say they invented this, but Willie tied the first one. Larger sizes are good for pike and lake carp."
Hook: 3399 size 6 (range 2 - 10) (I tie and use size 8 the most)
Tail: White rabbit (a 'strip' on larger sizes)
Body: Dubbed and well picked out white rabbit
Eyes: A pair of stainless steel beadchain
