I've got a Powell LGA 9' for 5 wt four piece, which is everything you described, except for handling a decent ( plus ) headwind. It is one fine rod.
That's one reason I stepped up to a 7 wt - didn't see any point in one step up to a 6 when the 5 would do everything I wanted except handle the winds we get down here in SE Idaho. And the bonus was lots less stress distance casting tandems of big weighted stonefly nymphs under an indicator.
