After checking through the "Women in Waders" calender, I was almost scared to open this thread!!!!
I ain't a big guy so I can't comment directly on the issues big men have in waders, but I will second the endorsement for Bare. Yes, they are a Canadian company on the west coast and they have been keeping divers and anglers comfortable and dry in all that cold Canadian water for many, many years. They know how to make quailty waders and going the custom made route will ensure a good fit.

I don't have the same chest/waist challenges with waders, but I wear a size 14 and my son a size 16. Going through the options at Cabelas I found a few that would go 15 or 16. My son is also 6'6" and skinny as a rail, but the XLT waders could fit both of us.
So, I'd suggest you at least give them a shot... it could save some $$ and if they don't fit, well, we all know how good Cabelas is with returns.
Good luck.
