no bake at all. after mixing, she just spreads them into a glass pan ,uses a pizza cutter to divide them into bars. makes about 28 per pan. Will definitely try the flax seed.

Yep, I get that part. I'm no diet expert, but it just seems high. Maybe not.
Not diet food, for sure.
