Was out for about an hour and a half this morning. Had a couple that I didnt get the hook set on when a spin fisherman in the same hole hooked a 20 incher. Still new at the fly game myself and hope to get one soon... Erich

Hi all
Erichthered, this is my 3rd year fishing the river and just landed my first steelhead this year; my brother my witness. I have had the hook ups the break offs but finally landed one. I have taken people down to the river, rigged them up they caught some steelhead, given flies to out of towners, they caught some steelhead, not me not till this year. This year a finally landed a steelhead.
