Okay, well rather than redraw everyone, I took those that were affected by the change (either would not have received a rod or would not have a person to give a rod to) and put just them back in the computer hat. So dleo6446, GburgFisher, and bjanzen had lost their rods, and myself, bdcanefly, and Gburg didn't have anyone to give a rod to. Same process as before, the first set of random numbers selected who got to choose first:
dleo6446........0.06303719
GburgFisher.....0.310221838
bjanzen.........0.528204627
Second set of numbers selected the rod they would receive:
GburgFisher.....0.339433727
bdcanefly.......0.412336336
Jim Flamming....0.429869603
So the new swap list is as follows:
This Person......Receives a rod from
Clyde Holmes....bjanzen
Jim Flamming....Clyde Holmes
bdcanefly.......mr. blur
mr. blur........dleo6446
dleo6446........GburgFisher
GburgFisher.....bdcanefly
bjanzen.........Jim Flamming
There, no fuss, no muss.
Bakerloo - yeah this is cool, even with a minor hickup. Would love to offer you an opportunity to jump in, but I am afraid that would ROYALLY screw things up! Nope, as of right now, this swap is CLOSED.

I'm pretty stoked about this, despite providing a rebuilt rod for a collector which is a bit daunting. actually, it'll only make me strive to make my already fairly sound work even better.
I lost out on a possible project rod by $0.01 w/ 20 seconds left in the auction this afternoon. a little disappointing, but I'm gonna put my agent on this soon.
I eagerly look forward to completing this project. fun times indeed. I may even put my fe thomas 3wt build on hold.
thanks for putting this together. a truly great idea.

mr. blur... I know what your talking about. I pretty much learned most of the stuff I know from reading dleo's old posts and instructions. The pressure is most certainly on. I will catalogue what I have tonight and PM DLeo to see which would be the best fit for him. Clyde is this show on television, and if so, what channel?

Pretty neat...let's get to rockin'!!
Let's have a lot of fun with this and maybe the next one will draw more folks. I am pretty excited about the crowd that we have and the energy that is flowing from this thread. Let's go!!!!

It is on VERSUS (the old OLN). I don't have cable, and it is KILLING ME! I want to watch that episode!

Jim
Do you still have a VCR? I would be more than happy to tape it and shoot you a copy through the mail.
On another note. I am slightly confused. I am reading this as person in column A recieves a rod from person in column b. So from what I understand I am getting a rod from bdcanefly and giving one to dleo....or is it the other way around. Either way is fine, like I said I'm just confused. Actually I would like to be wrong, because dleo just pm'd me about the granger is working on for this project and it sounds awesome!

Mrblur.
Do not be wary of my collecting as the finest rod in my collection is a old Chubb.
It was delaminated so bad I bought it for the ferrules.
But ,since it was an 8' rod. Many told me to restore it.
So with alot of glue and time (many, many intermedites) this rod is one of my finest rods for small steams.
Many of my high end rods just sit. I cast or fish them once in a while. There is only a few rods that get fished alot and one of them is the Chubb.
Gburg- set you a message. I think you will like a rod I build up for you.
Will post photo's real soon.
