Often I've seen threads with a bunch of differing opinions. That's no problem. If we all agreed it would be very dull. However, somewhere down the thread, someone makes a generalized comment without identifying which post he/she is refering to.
Perhaps if we identify the post we're commenting on, there'd be a little less guess work and confusion. I'm probably as guilty of this as anyone.
