I have a new 13' Speycaster I bought out of England and had it shipped to me here. Long time ago. Never used it....so tube will show some dust but the rod is brand spanking new and is a beauty. I do not recall how much it cost me to buy it and have it sent to me here. But due to no offers changing price to just make an offer and pay shipping.
