Not really a Stimulator since there’s no body hackle but he ties some nice flies. Grafted on the back end of Charlie Craven’s Stimulator to get their attention.

thread - Uni 6/0 tan
tag - Orvis single strand floss fluoro orange/resin
tail - elk hair bleached
body - Congo Hair tan (twisted/wrapped)
wing - elk hair bleached
thorax -Ice Dub tan
hackle - ginger
