Well, we took a float trip on the Saugeen River in late August. Got a few bass. We raised one nice musky that might have gone 12 - 15 lbs. We hooked another while bass fishing - about 29 inches but he cut the line just before we reached for the net. Had another one cut off a bass fly (maybe a pike) that we never saw.
Not bad for a short day that was mostly bass fishing. Don,t know if I,ll get out again this season. November is usually one of if not the best month in this area for musky on the fly so we,ll see!
