Hear how George Harvey was able to develop fly fishing courses at Penn State. Gary describes how he got into the fly fishing industry starting with a chance meeting with a Fenwick representative. Silver,
When I click on it the latest podcast shown is February 17. Is it not up yet? Can the podcasts be saved to one's hard drive for later listening?
-
Thanks for posting. I wasn't aware of this podcast, but Gary is one of my fly fishing heros. I've added the podcast to my subscription, but as Dave noted, Gary's episode doesn't seem to be published yet.

Thanks for opening up this site for me. There is also an interview with Joan Wulff a little farther down that is excellent.
-
Great site - but speaking of Gary Borger does anyone have a link or a copy of his 9-10 page feather guide???
-
Not sure what you mean by Gary's Feather guide. If you mean the BCS - the Borger Color System, it has been out of print for years. Here's my copy.

Silver,
I have the 3 ring binder done by Ken Ligas with Scintilla.
At the back, it has several pages of small samples of their dubbing with their number and the corresponding number in Borger's Color System.

Or the 1978 book by Caucci/Nastasi
What is interesting about their book is that they provide formulae on the mixture of specific amounts of different colors of dubbing in order to reproduce the colors in their color charts.
