Michigan Crappie on-the-fly

Stopped at a park on the way home from work today. Pulled out my fly rod, and tied on the rig I've been using for the past couple weeks, a popper-dropper with a Gurgle-Pop and a Heterogenius nymph about 10" below the foam bug.

I caught three Crappie, a couple Green Sunnies, and a Bluegill. All the fish came on the nymph, except one Crappie grabbed the Gurgle-Pop!

I know folks catch just about anything on a Gurgle-Pop. But, a Crappie?!?! Go figure....
