Shockingly funny!!! I like it!
That looks funny until someone smashes their head against the concrete and goes into a comma of runs off in front of a bus and gets killed. Probably okay of they shocked them right away, but waiting until they traveling at 15-20 mph and sapping them, not very safe or very smart.
