Andrew Grillos does interesting things with foam; this one's pretty much like a Fat Albert (not sure which came first). Original has knotted rubber rear legs; up to you whether they're important or not. Change colors to suit your needs.
hook - Mustad 9671 #8
thread - MFC 8/0 brown
body - Ice Dub UV yellow
under overbody - 2mm foam yellow
over overbody - 2mm foam tan
wing - deer hair
over over overbody - 2mm foam yellow
legs - rubber medium yellow barred
indicator - Congo Hair pink
Part 1
Mash barb, attach thread and wind back to bend

taper foam strip (hook gap width), tie in; brush shank with Super Glue and tie down, smoothing with thread wraps

move thread back to 75% mark and tie in yellow foam (a little narrower than over overbody foam)
