What's not to like about a fly with this much peacock?; developed by John Perry of Missoula, MT. Couldn't find any instructions, but it seemed pretty easy to figure out a tying sequence that worked.
hook - Tiemco 5212 #10
thread - Uni 6/0 camel
tail - elk hair
body - peacock herl
underwing - Krystal Flash pearl
wing - elk hair
thorax - peacock herl
post - Congo Hair white
hackle - grizzly
Part 1
mash barb, attach thread at 2/3 mark, wrap to point above barb

wrap back to initial tie-in, clean/stack a clump of elk and measure for length (let it extend a bit more than hook gap width past the bend)

trim to length, tie in and wrap back to point above hook barb

tie in some peacock herl

twist herl with tying thread and wrap forward to initial tie-in; tie off/trim peacock
