The Lower Illinois River is the closest. I haven't fished it recently but I have been hearing some good reports.

Depending on where in NE OK you're talking about, you might think about jumping the border to fish Roaring River SP in Missouri. It's stocked daily like any of the trout parks, but the spring is a good one and I've always found the stockers to be big, plus there's a C&R section in the middle (one of the few sections you're allowed to wade) that always has a few monsters. Look under the bridge.
