Ok...this is my first crack at making a YouTube video. The local shop that I built a web site for, asked me to make if for them. It's of the late Fran Better, tying the Ausable Wulff. Thanks for sharing that video. I like watching some of the old timers tie. They didn't fool around.
Fran Betters was a great and inovative fly tyer. I was chatting with a guy that fishes the Adirondaks quite often and he told me that he would always stop at Fran's shop for a coupla flies. BUT, he said that after one trout, the fly would come apart. I laughed, because my buddy always had the same complaint about Fran's flies So I always use head cement when I tie a fly.
