My source for dyed duck breast feathers has dried up and I have not been able to locate another supplier. They are used for cheeks on many Rangeley Style Streamers. If anyone knows a source that they can share with me, I will be very grateful. :D

Dave,
Can't help with your 'specific' question but maybe this will help as an alternative. At a store that goes by the name of, 'The Dollar Store', there are dust busters made of feathers (turkey flats I believe). The feathers are dyed green, yellow, red, pink, purple and maybe one other color. Hey, for $1.00 it's worth a shot.
An option, somewhat as a last resort is to buy a duck skin with white breast, i.e. wood duck, mallard, and dye some of the breast feathers yourself.
Just a couple of thoughts.

How much are you talking about? I have sandwich bags of about 5 different colors- I use them very little. We could do some trading.
DaveMac,
Are you able to post pics of some of the streamer patterns or even just post a list of a few patterns I can look up to get a better idea as to what you are looking for?
Best regards, Dave S.
DaveMac;
You can try this person http://theriaultflies.com/ I had good luck with him. I used credit card, and got my duck feathers in just a couple days. Not affiliated with them at all. Just giving an option here.
I might have a sandwich bag worth of them, undyed, that I'd be willing to trade if that would help at all?
Can you specify the color(s) you need? I ask becauseI found some white breast feathers and may be avle to dye some up.
Allan
Dave, will get the colors today as soon as i can break free from work. I think I have brown, green, yellow, natural, will take a photo of all and send.
Just tied up some Catskill swap flies using them.
Hi Allan, - I really need some red. If you see something on www.tiethefly.com that you feel would be a good trade, please let me know
