John check Home Depot/Lowes for wheels that are used for sliding glass doors/shower doors. They should have replacement wheels for the doors in a variety of sizes that will suit a wrapper. Also hobby shops if you have a local one will have RC airplane landing wheels made of rubber which will also work.

John,
Any hobby store that sells pine box derby cars will have 1" wheels
A Pinewood Derby wheel is hard plastic and will put a shiny spot on a matte finish rod where the wheels run on the blank in an instant. You need a softer wheel. Something like a small pulley with an o-ring for a tire or something similar.
If you are going to be running at a high RPM, you want something with a bearing or made of nylon so it spins nicely without wearing too much too fast.
Do you mean for holding the rod while it turns? Mudhole has some.
A bit on the pricey side at Mudhole, though.
