fishing with Shimazaki Airtru fly wing

Does anyone fish flies tied with this wing material?
I purchased some many years ago fairly cheap from someone one the board. I've just now gotten around to tieing a few flies with this, so far blue duns, brown drakes and march browns. The material ties up very well and gives flies a truer wing imitation than hair or feather tips, IMO anyway.

I'm wondering how this stuff will hold up over a season of casting, foul hooking, trout bitting, general fly fishing abuse. The material looks a bit delicate and before I get too far ahead of my self and tie up what may be a bunch of one trout flies I'd like to know what any of you might have experianced with this material.
