I'm sure this has been asked before but I couldn't find any info on it. Can somebody please share any fly tying material sources on line? I prefer to see what I'm buying but this is in case I can't find what I'm looking for.
Thanks a lot! :D

I've had good luck with Feather Craft so far. Check out the sponsor page and see if any of those guys have what you'd like...
Martin, as QK said the sponsor page here is a great place to look for supplies, if the companies don't give good service and good product they don't become or stay suppliers.
Eric
I just typed "Fly tying material" on Google and saw 6 or 7 sites (including Feather Craft) on the first page that I've done business with in the past and have had good results; don't think you'll run into too many "fly by night" operations. EBay is a great source, as are most of the name flyshops like Blue Ribbon, Kauffmanns, etc.

Hi Martin Fly,
Please try our sponsors first. I've had very satisfactory expiences with Hook and Hackle (for years). I also like Feather Craft and Cabela's. I recently bought a bunch of Mustad #3366 hooks from Captain Hooks with good service as well. Hope that helps. 8T :)
Thank you gents as always lots of useful info. :D The truth is that I'm kind of helping a new fly tier and he asked me the question. I wasn't sure about it. I'll pass on all the info you shared here.
I really prefer to touch and smell the materials I'm buying, getting them on line...I don't know, it's like a box of chocolates lol.
I would have to recommend Hook & Hackle hands down!
I would bet you can get pretty close to 100% of what you need from one of our sponsors.
Yep, sponsors first, don't worry about it. Done.
Martin,
I don't know where in SoCal you are, but Bob Mariotts in Fullerton has a great selection of tying material. They also sell on line so you may check them out.
