St.Croix 10'6" 9wt 4pc SCIV
This one is a St.Croix SCIV 10'6" 9wt 4pc Spruce green blank. Seat/grip&butt are all Struble parts (seat is a U-15). Also uses two Silicone Carbide inserted FUJI strippers and slightly oversize snake guides. Main wraps are a antique gold with a copper/bronze trim. The quote on the rod is a play on the movie "300". Also has measuring marks at 28" & 40" for quick fish size reference.

I overlooked a rose........LOL
Ya know , after reading your 1st Post again and looking at that rod, The length marks are a neat idea especially in areas with changing size limits on minimum and maximum lengths of fish allowed to be kept. I know where I striper fish (Md.) this is the case.
The bands are a great idea as opposed to a tacky ruler thingy on the rod as I have seen elsewhere. the bands serve as a quick reference. I like it so much, I'm gonna drag my 9wt out and add a few bands myself..............Ed
