Has anyone read this book?
Yes I own the book and have read it. Keep in mind that E.M.Tod talks about fishing parts of a stream named the Barnes. If you digest his words and think about your fishing on stream you will see that he talls about fishing head waters, tail waters, riffles, just keep in mind that he is just using words that fit the times for europe. I found the book interesting and learned a little bit of history on a fly or two. If you are an experienced wet fly fishermen you will enjoy this book. If you are looking to learn how to wet fly fish then you might lose some of the information while trying to relate his stream types to out to modern terms. Over all I love the book and found it informative and learned a few things on a fly or two that I did not know about.
Thanks Fontinalis,
I couldn't find any reviews to make any determinations as to whether to invest in it or not.

Hi Normand:
Thank you for showing this. Never though about doing this at all. I collect a lot of books and have a nice 18XX copy in my library that is in V.G. condition.
