Lt Blue or Baby Blue Kip Tails?

I can't seem to find this color and would appreciate any info. I found some at Bob Marriott's, but they are out of stock.

Thanks, it's a bit high with shipping, but I know that is not your fault, LOL! I found the guy I was looking for, but he has lost his supplier and not many make Lt. Blue hair. I ordered a fox tail in Lt. Blue to see if that does what I want.
