Virgin Island bonefish
Got to the Virgin Islands and hooked up with guide Arthur Jones on St John's (www.arawakexp.com) Had to take an early ferry from St Thomas , Arthur met us at the ferry dock and then fought the wind and waves to get to the protected coves, then found sluggish feeding bones. Just didn't seem to want anything we threw and didn't spook many. lots of follows and only got this one. My first and only bonefish ever. My fly anglers online hat fell off just before the wife got the picture. but the hat was there. LOL

If you only got one fish, one that size makes it worth your while. Nice fish.

I caught my first bonefish in 1976 in Venezuela....I have spent the past 30 plus years in counseling with my bonefishing fishing buddies
