Re: PA fish-In at Waterville
Things are looking up on this end, too. Now it is highly likely that I'll be able to attend - house hasn't sold so we're not in any hurry to move. I'll get on the horse with planning.

Re: PA fish-In at Waterville
Marty-Are you planning on coming up and staying at the lodge for the 5 days or are you coming up up later? The reason I ask is that we have an opening left and we could take you in.
If you're staying somewhere else, thats cool too. If you want to be included in some of the meals, let me know so that I can make some adjustments. We're happy to see that you can make it.
Jerry- I just knew that would get you  Maybe this time I'll take you to where the fish REALLY are biting.
Hope to see you and your boo. I'm trying to finish a new one before the fish-in.

Hey Randy,
I'll probably just make it for a day, two at most, driving up from Baltimore. I'll narrow it down to see what works, and I'll be in touch. Thanks for the kind offer, though!

Re: PA fish-In at Waterville
Dang, those dates pretty much leave me out. Had the event started on Monday or Tuesday I
would have been able to spend 1 or 2 days there. Well, maybe next year. :(

If you think anyone is going to let you use their temp again.... ...You better buy a thermometer for yourself. You can't go wrong with that...... I'll be bringing some pineapple upside down cakes along again. I'll have one for the crew and one for you.... If you have some leftover goodies, bring them along.
Wetflyguy contacted me and it seems that we will be having his wifes lasagna for dinner on wed nite.....
We're going to try and sneak in some lawn casting again. Maybe we can talk some guys into bringing their boo's along and check out the tapers.
Nighthawk.-- Sorry to hear you can't make it. If we made the trip any longer, we we eat too much and then no one wants to go fishin.....

I am willing to provide gratis several cans of Natty Boh. Otherwise my only contribution will be bad luck!

Re: PA fish-In at Waterville
Hi Guys - Was up at Slate Run Tackle Shop today, and Tom says the fishing is good early and late in the day. The water was low and clear. Tom recommended their wet fly emergers (they look really good!) for Gray Foxes and Sulphurs. Here's a link for the shop:

FWIW, the deli there makes some awesome sandwiches! Well stocked shop, and a friendly staff. BTW - Jerry has a new camera that he can't drown, and I'll be bringing mine to get pictures of him trying. I'll get up there Friday morning around 9 or 10, and I think Jerry is planning to arrive on Saturday.
I fished all week in the Kettle Creek watershed in the next valley over, and we absolutely hammered the fish. The dominant hatch was Yellow Sallys, believe it or not. This pattern was deadly:
