Help needed...
I'm stuck.
I have an assignment from a trade magazine to write an article which features conventional tackle shops that also have fly gear as part of its mix. Ideally, what I'd like is a store or two or three that have added the flyfishing section within the past few years.
The shops must be independent retailers, no big boxes or large chain stores, please. I need the shop name and phone number.
I wouldn't ask you folks, but this time my usual sources are drawing a blank.
Thanks,
Keith

Holiday Market - Burlington, WA. (360) 757-4361
Sports and More - Sedro Woolley, WA. (360) 855-0648
Both of these stores have extensive tackle shops with the minimum fly gear. Holiday Market has more fly then Sports & More. Both have been in business for a number of years now so I am not sure they meet your criteria.

Thanks...all are good; now I need some from other parts of the country. If I could get this piece finished, I could go fishing...sigh.

Re: Help needed...
Hurry up with that article. Less than 10 years ago, I could have given you a list of 4 locally owned shops. Three of the four have closed. Here's the one left. GAT (Guns, Archery, Tackle), 847 428-4867, ask for Ken D.. http://www.gatguns.com/
