howell's big nasty

Have heard of this fly for use on one of the local streams--cannot find a recipe. Anybody able to help?

I believe Kevin Howell of Davidson River Outfitters is the originator of this pattern. I could not find the recipe on his website (www.davidsonflyfishing.com), but he might provide it if you contact him directly.
