:D I had a Wasatch all wood bobbin whose ceramic bead had fallen out of the tube. Dean Childs at Wasatch graciously replaced the tube and bead and returned the bobbin with four bobbins of thread to boot!
I am pleased to heartily recommend Wasatch products!
