Hey, ... never heard the name in English before ... thanx.
The Hitch is a half hitch one can put on a fly to make it hang out and create a wake on the surface (or just under it).

Well you are very welcome for me being the first to tell you wahat it is in English.
And thank you for showing me how to do this knot this might help me increas my salmon catch ate on the humber from zero to mabey a rise or even a fish. Thanks agin.
