We know the importance of a good nap every now and again. Its taken doctors years to find out what is obvious to us.

One thing better than a nap on those wonderful stone streams is a nap in the sand by the ocean. You can burrow down in to block the wind if its cold and you can always adjust the sand to fit your body for a perfect bed. Just don't forget to watch out for the tide.

I always told my boss when he awakened me from a nap.....I'm not sleeping, I'm dreaming up a better way to do my job. He never bought it.

I'm going to try your sugggestion of taking a nap in the sand by the ocean just as soon as I can get the snow shoveled off my driveway. 8)
