A surprise at Wallyworld
I was over at Wallyworld picking up a few consumables and as I frequently do breezed through the fishing tackle to see if they had in new additions of consequence. They had a couple of Courtland landing nets with colorless rubber bag landing nets, with a nice wood frame and handle for just under $20.
Had I been in the market for a net I thought it was a good deal. Besides I'm saving my money for a gyro-stablization system for my float tube. I was going to post a picture but it's not even on the Courtland website.

Uncle Jesse, I thought you were going to show us a picture of a store full of normal-looking, decently attired shoppers.
But the nets sound interesting.

I was shocked last week to find 3 different FF outfits at my local Wallyworld ($30, $40, $50). At least two out of the three were level line, not a nice way to start off newbees, but it's a start none the less. Still nothing else FF related here though. Luke

I noticed these nets at my local store last week & thought they looked servicable... I was gifted a mesh net recently, but I hear these rubber nets are better for the fish. I think I'll pick one up...
