Streamworks Customer Service!
I got a Streamworks Modular Tippet Dispenser system loaded it up with three brand new spools of Frog Hair clipped it all together and headed out to fish. About half way through the day I noticed one of the dispensors was missing. It must have come unlocked and fell into the river when I was reaching for my net? Any how needless to say I was pretty bummed about the loss:oops:. When I got home I contacted Streamworks about the loss. I was polite and just expressing my dissapointment of my loss. They replied quickly requesting my address so they could send a replacement. I expected just one holder to show up, but when the box arrived there was a full three pack of tippet dispensers! Now that is great customer service! I never expected a repalcement let alone 3!

Back in 1995 my first fly rod, was a Cortland 6wt, I lost the cap top on the metal tube that came with the fly rod, while I was fishing on a trout stream, with my 1st fly rod. I called Cortland and asked if there was anyway of buying a replacement cap for my metal tube.
I did not know it at the time, but I was talking to "Leon Chandlers" Secretary. Two days later there was a box from Cortland, with a new cap insidefor my fly rod tube,... also in the box was a Cortland Baseball Cap for my head... Cortland did not bill me for either item in the box or for the postage!
