I can't believe I haven't been fishing yet this year. What with my surgery, and post-op appointment, and my wife's pre-op appointments and pending surgery, I don't know if I'll go fishing at all this summer. It seems like one thing after another getting in the way. I'm hoping things settle down before too long, and I can get out on the water.

I hear ya. I too have been remiss in fishing. But, there is a light at the end of the tunnel. Shortly I will be casting on the Clark Fork River for a couple days on my way to Bozeman, MT for the FFI Fly Fishing Expo. I really am looking forward to being back on the river.

Yep. If it's not Family health issues, it's Grandkids activities, weather, or whatever, but it always seems to be something. Maybe I just need to set a stronger priority on fishing & be content to squeeze in an hour or two here & there.
