Just looking for ideas on some cork poppers and sliders. What are your favorites? I have prepped a dozen or so bodies with Mustad 37190 stinger hooks and thought I'd get a little input from you folks before I finish them off. Thanks, David

Match the hatch, NW Alabama that probably means frogs, shad, bream colors. I paint a good percentage of popper bodies in frog colors, but I know solid white works well too (shad?).
Thanks, Guys, Normand the sites you referenced were very helpful, especially Google images. Why didn't I think of that? I didnt even think of SE flyfishers site either but when I tried it all of their images wanted me to use Photobucket Pro Said I had inadequate bandwidth, but with Google's 133,000 images I found more than enough thought provoking finishing touches to try on many more poppers. Unk, Thank you for the match-the-hatch idea. I think I will try the wounded minner look with a slider .
Black, chartreuse, and hot orange have always been my go-tos, as far as sliders go.
That said, be creative.
