Rod repair help needed

I have received a letter from a lady about a broken rod. It was a custom build and it became the victim of a car door. It was built with Fisher blanks and is broken in the middle section just below the ferrule. Is there anyone out there that would like to communicate with this lady to see if you can repair her fly rod.
