Never been a big fan of Chernobyl's so I thought I'd make it a bit more palatable with a fuzzy head; tried one with rubber legs and it looked goofier than this does.

body - Ice Dub tan
overbody- 2mm foam tan
wing(s) - Congo Hair white
hackle(s) - pheasant rump
collar/head - pronghorn
