Best friend and fishing partner of 30+ years, lives (and has a spare bedroom), not 20 minutes from the location. The only item, that I "put away, dirty, last year" was my mind and I can't even find it.
Lessthenone, see ya' there I hope!

I hope to see you there. I can hear the trout calling my name, and the fortune teller told me I was going to catch at least twice as many fish as I did last year
Eric
Now, Eric, through this wonderful on-line site, you and and I have become friends so YOU KNOW I'd never, ever, say or do anything even remotely in the way of "teasing" or even, "trying to make you feel bad" about another's fishing trips or experiences.
SO, I'm NOT, going to mention that Bishop, (mentioned in my above post), was on The Ford, Monday and Tuesday of this week. Nor, will I bring up the fact, that he "didn't do too well",(by his usual standards), and only managed to hook and release.... 9 fish on Monday and another 7 on Tuesday.
"Smallest 15", largest 22", also he told me, disappointed him.
All taken on #20 & #22 Tricos and #18 yellow Humpies.
Bishop's not a member of FAOL, but when I mentioned our fish in, he told me "Well, I sure HOPE, you guys then, have better luck than I've been having so far this year!"
(He's kind hearted, that way)
So Eric that means you'll get 2 this year. And twice as big means the big one will top the 1lb mark by a couple oz as well. LOL
You have got to stop reminding me about the fish in. Its like waiting for Christmas to come. Driving me nuts, So stop it! ha ha

Now, THAT is going to be recorded as; "The shortest road trip, ever undertaken by man".
ROFL
Yes Rodger there will be at least two, last years was the most expensive trout of my life, I bought an out of state license then never drove across the bridge and fished Washington again.
this year I intend on trying the warm water where I believe I can at least hook a couple of bluegill and double my catch
;)
