I would send em in. The patches are more for pinholes. the seam leaks usually need to be re-pressed and re-taped.
If you've gone past using the garantee, ... do like I do and SLATHER the seam in marine goop. :)
just a wild thought,,, call them?
And when you do that you can cut the goop with a solvent like tolulene and make it any consistency you want....I just PAINT it on then...Quote:

8) They are out of warranty. They are 4 yrs old, but I have only worn them 5 or 6 times(and yes I do do store them in a cool dark place). I am primarily a warm water fly fisher, but I have decided I am going to start taking advantage of winter stream fly fishing( trout, stripers, wipers) that is available so I guess I am in the market for a reliable pair of breathable waders

Just as a point of reference; Cabela's replaced a pair of my waders two to three years AFTER the warranty expired.
Before you concede defeat contact your manufacturer. All they can do is tell you NO.
