The reel seat is a N/S sliding band over a mahogany spacer. TiC coated Mildrum-style stripper, black nickel Snakebrand snakes and top. Dark charcoal wraps with ivory tipping. Rich builds a fine, fine rod. I bought a rod from him several years ago and fish the heck out of it. Go for it somebody. The price is most reasonable.
