Travel Rods
Are there any advantages or disadvantages with thes rods? I know there are around 5 pieces to these rods but I was looking at them on the LL Bean website and they seem nice to have. Any comments are greatly appreciated. Here is the one I'm looking at.

No disadvantages other than price. Advantages are in storage and transportation.

Oh thats it, sweet. Do you know how those brands are, the one that I'm looking at?

I use travel rods for over ninety percent of fly fishing time. I use a lot of brands and most work pretty well.

Thanks guys. I'm thinking of getting the rod but I'm still looking for my first rod and have been looking for almost a month. I don't know if its a good starter rod or anything but I'm still trying to find the best rod in your opinions. Alot of people are telling me to look at cabelas and i have looked there and I'm starting to narrow down the rods I'm looking at.
